Since April 2010, Fudge Factory Grill & Ice Cream has been Glenns Ferry's favorite spot for honest comfort food, house-made sweets, and the kind of welcome that makes you feel at home. We're glad you found us.
How it started
Native Idahoans opened these doors in April 2010 with a clear goal: honest food for local families and a stop travelers through Idaho wouldn't want to miss.
Jenn and Chad carry it forward
In 2020, Jenn and Chad — family to the original founders — took the reins. Same spirit, same soul, and a whole lot of love for this community.

Finger steaks with fry sauce, BBQ ribs, Huckle Joes, taco burgers, Malibu chicken, homemade sauces, and chili. Idaho comfort food the way it was meant to be.
Always save room for dessert
The crowning jewels are our house-made cakes, rich fudge in flavors you won't find anywhere else, and Cascade Glacier ice cream — especially the huckleberry. We didn't put 'Fudge Factory' in the name by accident.
A place to gather
From Cars and Cones car shows to everyday meals with the people you love, this place exists to bring folks together. We can't wait to see you again soon.
